Now that I've jailbroken my iPhone 3Gs with redsn0w, is my phone unlocked (Carrier)

I was wondering whether my phone is now unlocked now that I have jailbroken through redsn0w. I have a 3gs and my phone is locked to Orange network. I want to unlock my phone so I can use O2, can I now use an O2 sim card now that I have jailbroken my phone?
